By installing or using the skra.io Jira Enterprise Dashboard app you agree to these terms. The app is distributed via the Atlassian Marketplace and is also subject to Atlassian's Marketplace Terms of Use.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you (or the organisation on whose behalf you act) and skra.io ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the skra.io app ("Service") you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms.
skra.io provides a Jira-native dashboard app that surfaces engineering metrics — including DORA metrics, sprint velocity, and team throughput — inside your Jira Cloud instance. The app is delivered as an Atlassian Connect application and operates entirely within the Atlassian platform.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes during the subscription period.
You may not:
Access to the Service is managed through your Atlassian account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Jira instance. We access your Jira data solely to provide the Service and do not store it outside the Atlassian platform. You retain all rights to your data.
Subscription fees are set out on the Atlassian Marketplace listing and are billed by Atlassian in accordance with their Marketplace Terms. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, continued use of the Service will require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial terms at any time.
We aim to keep the Service available and will provide reasonable efforts to fix bugs and maintain compatibility with Atlassian platform updates. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Support is provided via [email protected].
All intellectual property rights in the Service — including the software, design, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to skra.io. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the metrics or insights produced by the Service are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular business decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, skra.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless skra.io from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by uninstalling the app or cancelling the subscription through the Atlassian Marketplace. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms. Sections 8–11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which skra.io is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and provide reasonable notice of material changes via the Marketplace listing or email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
